1. Introduction
Welcome to Raiz Infosys. By accessing our website and utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Services Offered
Raiz Infosys specializes in IT services, including but not limited to:
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for computers and laptops
- Repair and maintenance of computers and laptops
- Provision and sharing of computer hardware
- Printer repair services
- Sale of IT equipment and accessories
3. Service Terms
- Service Requests: Clients must submit service requests through our official communication channels.
- Scheduling: Services will be scheduled based on mutual availability.
- Payment: Fees are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- Scope: AMC covers regular maintenance and support as outlined in the specific contract.
- Exclusions: Any services outside the AMC scope will be billed separately.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the AMC with a 30-day written notice.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Access: Provide necessary access to equipment and premises.
- Data Backup: Ensure all important data is backed up prior to service.
- Environment: Maintain a safe working environment for our technicians.
6. Limitation of Liability
Raiz Infosys is not liable for data loss, business interruptions, or any indirect damages arising from our services.
7. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose any sensitive information obtained during service engagements.
8. Warranty
Services are warranted for a period of 30 days. This warranty covers only the specific issues addressed during the service.
9. Equipment Sales
- Warranty: New equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. Used or refurbished equipment may have limited warranties as specified at the time of sale.
- Returns: Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase, provided the equipment is in original condition.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delhi-India.
12. Changes to Terms
Raiz Infosys reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
Other Terms and Conditions
- Maintenance service will be provide by our team within 12 hours. Burn and damage parts will be only cover under comprehensive Plan (B) not applicable for non-comprehensive AMC.
- All the License Paid software will be provided by Client only. Our engineer will not install any unlicensed software on your machines. (Note: we will not help for any piracy spreading)
- We shall not be responsible for repair of damage or malfunctions of system due to accident, or use of non-standard electrical power, dust air conditioning, if repaired the customers has to bear the cost of spares.
- Replacement of All Parts (all spares) consumables parts printer head, dvd drive, keyboard, switches, hard disk media, CRT, cabinet, Adaptor, Plastic Parts. Shall be charged extra as they are not covered under any type plan.
- Customers will needs to hand over the systems in perfect working conditions to VPIT Solutions. If systems are not in good conditioned all the spare parts and maintenance will be chargeable extra.
- Payment for AMC services will be paid in Advance. For any Product purchases 50% advance shall be paid to VPIT Solutions.
- If any major crashed in computer system due to virus attack will not covered under AMC Repair and damage cost will be paid by customer.
- Under Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) maximum 5 visits will be free after that all charges will be paid.
- Under AMC contract all New Systems add-on will be charges extra under same AMC Plan.
- Every year Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) charges will be revised. We expect similar increments for us, which is company paying to their employees.
- If Computer /Laptop numbers are more than 50 units we will allocate a dedicated Engineer who will one point of contact.
- The System under our AMC will carry a sticker with Serial /Asset code, Our Telephone no for your easy to get solutions.
- Contract can be terminated by either side by giving Two months’ notice in advance.

Social Responsibility: We hire most of our team members who are un-employed from long. Our senior team is experienced who help new team mates. We have structure for knowledge sharing.
